This privacy policy describes how By Intent LLC (“By Intent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)  also known as and Doing Business As "Forever After Foodies"  ("FAF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from Users (“Subscribers”, “Visitors”), and similar. This privacy policy applies to Forever After Foodies and all content, courses, and services offered by us.

This Privacy Policy applies to how we collect and use information in connection with:

  1. our websites, including, without limitation, foreverafterfoodies.com (the “Website”); and

  2. the information you provide to us offline, including, without limitation, via phone and in-person.

This privacy policy applies to visitors to the Website, who view only publicly-available content (“Visitors”), users who subscribe to us (“Subscribers”), and those who purchase (or wish to purchase) a product or service (“Customers”) through our Website.   • By subscribing (providing your name and email for free content and communication messages) with us through our Website, each Subscriber is agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms and Conditions.

  • By purchasing (or aiming or attempting to purchase) a product or service through our Website, each Customer is agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms and Conditions.

  • By providing us information offline (such as by phone), you are also agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  • Please note that when you follow us, communicate with us or engage with us in any manner on our social media sites on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Youtube, Soundcloud and similar, you are agreeing to the Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions of Forever After Foodies and those respective platforms too.

  • By visiting our Website, all Users (including Visitors, Subscribers, and Customers) are agreeing to this Privacy Policy including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local and international laws.

A. Data and Information Collection

How is data collected?

When you sign up to receive any of our newsletters or any free content in the form of emails, videos, PDF documents, and similar – we typically request your full name and email address.

When you respond to a survey, register for a course, and/or purchase any product or service – we request details in addition to your name and email address, explained further below in this Privacy Policy.

Where is data collected?

Currently, we utilize the services of Wix, which contain user lists and user data such as names and email addresses. When you choose to provide us with your name and email address in order to receive free content and our monthly newsletter, your data goes to Wix, where your data is stored for us to be able to communicate with you.

If you have purchased an online program or course, your information will also reside on the learning platform’s database too. Currently, we utilize Teachable and may extend to other providers in the future.​

Third-parties we work with have their own databases and systems for collecting data and may store information we have shared with them on other databases.

What data is collected and why?

1. Personal Information and Contact Information - We collect information such as your full name, address, e-mail address, social media information, phone number and similar. We collect this data to contact you with regards to the information you requested from us (free content, newsletters, and similar), to provide a product or service you purchased, and for marketing purposes too. We also use this information to understand our Users and potential customers and to make enhancements to our website, products, services, and customer service accordingly.

2. Order Information - When you purchase a product or service from us, you must provide us with certain information about the products and services you want to purchase. This information is used to provide you with the appropriate service or product.

3. Billing Information - When you purchase a product or service, you will be required to provide certain billing information which may include a debit card number, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, activation codes, paypal username, and similar information. Billing information for online courses and other products or services we provide, which are hosted on third-party service provider’s platforms are processed by these platform providers and their service providers.

In the case of our online courses, the platform is Teachable and their service provider is Stripe and/or Paypal. We do not directly obtain or process any Billing Information, this is done by the Teachable platform and their service providers. 

When you work with us through the consulting services we offer, we accept your payments through PayPal and/or Zelle.

4. Other Information.

In addition to the information noted above, we may collect additional information as follows:

a. General Information  

Additional information that you voluntarily provide to us (via a survey, polls or similar) such as gender, age, preferred brands, product and service preferences, and other information that does not identify you personally.

b. Online Activity

When you visit our Website, we may automatically collect some information about your computer or device, including and without limitation: the type of browser software you use, the operating system you are using, hardware information possibly including certain unique identifiers, carrier and country location, referring websites, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. IP addresses will sometimes point to a specific identifiable computer or device, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages and what sections of the Website you visit, and similar data.

c. Cookies and Analytics 

Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s or mobile device’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit.  We may contract with third-party service providers to use cookies to collect information that will help us understand User preferences and enhance business operations and customer service using the Website. We may also use third-party providers who provide analytics services, such as Google Analytics. These services will analyze your use of the Website and our products and services, collect demographic data and evaluate other information relating to the Website and its Users. By accessing and using the Website, you consent to the processing of data about you by these providers in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Please note that if you opt-out of any service or decide not to accept cookies, the Website may not function correctly.

B. Data and Information Sharing

  • We use information collected as described in this Privacy Policy to provide our services; to maintain and improve our Website; to obtain your feedback; and to inform you about our products and services and those of our third-party marketing partners and in the general interests of the effective management of Forever After Foodies and all its operations and activities. In order to do so, we do contract with other companies to perform certain business-related services for us. We may disclose your information, including personal information in some cases, to certain types of third-party companies, but only to the extent needed to enable them to provide such services, including, without limitation, technical assistance, order fulfillment, customer service, marketing services, payment processing, survey collection, and business operations. These other companies will have access to your information, including personal information in some cases, only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law. These third parties may use additional technologies to collect data to support the management of advertising campaigns or other initiatives.

  • Forever After Foodies and our third-party service providers may analyze information collected in aggregate form in order to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Website and/or our products and services. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our products and services to appropriate parties.

  • While we will seek to require third parties to follow appropriate privacy policies and will not authorize them to use this information except for the express purpose for which it is provided, we cannot and do not bear any responsibility for any actions or policies of third parties.

  • While your personally identifying information is used only as outlined above, we reserve the right to use, transfer, sell, and share aggregated, anonymous data about our users as a group for any business purpose, such as analyzing usage trends and seeking advertising partners.

  • In addition, as our business changes, we may buy or sell various assets. In the event all or a portion of the assets owned or controlled by us are sold, assigned, transferred or acquired by another company, the information from and/or about our Website users may be among the transferred assets.

Disclosures to Public Authorities

We may disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, enforce our site policies, or protect our or other's rights, property, or safety.

We cannot guarantee the security of our databases or third-party provider databases, nor can we guarantee that the Information that you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet. Opt-out

You may opt-out of email communication from us, by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any marketing email. Users cannot opt-out of receiving transactional e-mails related to their account or their purchases. Additionally please be aware that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites.  We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors, or other websites to which we provide links.  As such, we are not responsible or liable for any content or the privacy policies of those third-party websites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Website.  If you are under 13, please do not give us any personal information.
