I work with you 1-on-1 to understand your eating behavior and habits, recognize the patterns and impacts thereof in your life of, and work with you to find long-term and sustainable ways of changing your eating behavior.

WHO CAN WE SUPPORT

HABIT FORMATION:

  • Fears food, or the "wrong foods" 

  • Struggles with unwanted eating habits and patterns

  • Unable to implement a meal plan or nutrition plan

  • Can't seem to shift eating habits over the long-term

  • Has seen the nutritionist, seen the dietician and still cannot make the changes necessary

  • Cannot get to an intuitive, natural rhythm of eating

BODY IMAGE & SELF ESTEEM:

  • Derives no joy or pleasure from food 

  • Is disillusioned from unsuccessful and chronic dieting

  • Struggles with body image, self-acceptance and self-love

  • Struggle to adopt joyful movement into your daily life

  • Overall lack of pleasure and fun in life

  • Engage in excessive negative self-talk

HOW IT WORKS:

  • A focus on individualized, long-term, and sustained changes in behavior, health, and happiness

  • 1-on-1 coaching sessions

  • Virtual (can be in-person for local clients)

  • 45-min calls, typically every two weeks

  • Reflection, exercises, and activities after each session

  • Can require anything from 4 - 8 sessions (this is very client-specific)

  • Assimilate inputs from a client's doctors, other health practitioners, and healers to ensure holistic changes and results
